The Tojiro Shirogami Double-Bevel Santoku Knife 16.5cm can be versatilely used for meat, fish and vegetables, and is suitable for daily use in the kitchen. Santoku knives combine the good points of both the Chef knife and Nakiri.

Core blade by Shirogami steel, outer layer by soft iron, it is easy to re-sharpen and has good edge retention.
