Growing up in Southern Brazil, founder Cris’ first passion is churrasco, the barbeque culture of the Gauchos. So, a quality knife has always been an essential tool.
Since working as a professional chef for over the last two decades in Sydney, Australia he has discovered and become a brand advocate for the exceptional craftsmanship of Japanese, German and French knife makers and brings them, along with a carefully curated range of vintage items to you at Chef & a knife.
